Perm has become a nominee for the All-Russian Award "Tourist Cities"

Our city will compete for prizes in seven key categories.

The final of the III All-Russian Award “Tourist Cities” will take place from February 26 till 28. A total of 385 projects from 70 regions were submitted for participation in the award. The shortlist includes 291 projects and 70 regions of Russia, including the city of Perm.

There are 26 categories in the competition. Perm will compete for the title of the best city in the following categories: “City of Gastronomic Tourism”, “City of Science Popularization Tourism”, “City of Industrial Tourism”, “City of Tourist Souvenir Products”, “City of MICE Tourism”, “City of Tourist Brands”, “Leader of Independent Assessment of Quality in Tourism”.

“Tourist Cities” is an award granted to municipal entities in Russia based on the results of an open competition. Its aim is to promote domestic tourism and hospitality industry.

It's worth noting that Perm has become one of the sought-after destinations for tourism in recent years. The city's authorities actively promote its tourist potential at domestic Russian tourism events. For instance, in 2025, Perm's administration took first place in the finals of the “Tourist Cities” competition in the categories “City of Gastronomic Tourism”, “City of MICE Tourism”, “City of Youth Tourism”, “City of Creative Tourism”. Second place was awarded to Perm in the category “City of Tourist Souvenir Products”. Furthermore, new tourist attractions are opening in the city.
